The tank structure of the sprinkler is elliptical or square circular, selected from high-quality carbon steel materials of Wuhan Iron and Steel Group. It adopts a dedicated water pump for the sprinkler, and the power take-off, water pump, ball valve, and filter are all national standard products. It has excellent performance, reliable operation, high efficiency, large flow rate, and convenient maintenance.

 

Designed using finite element analysis method, combined with internal anti wave plate buffer structure design and bottom frame structure, the tank body is rolled and formed in one go using a large rolling machine, and the robot automatically welds to ensure that the tank head is wrapped and formed in one go.

The water pipeline is bent and formed as a whole, reducing the welding surface and effectively reducing the risk of leakage. The pipeline is not blocked, and the entire vehicle has a large diameter ball valve, resulting in a larger water flow rate.
